RETURN AND REFUND Policy

Thanks for purchasing.

If not satisfied with your purchase you can return the product within 90 days from the date of purchase for a refund.

The returned product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

If you wish to return, because you ordered by mistake or ordered a wrong part, we will only refund the product cost and not the shipping cost paid while ordering.

If the product is defective, we will provide you a prepaid return shipping label.

For shipment to USA or Canada we will provide tracking number. (For international shipments, we suggest by UPS/FEDEX or Registered Post parcel etc. as they provide proof of delivery). We will provide proof of shipments for international shipments. No refunds will be issued for any international shipments if the package is not received by you or lost in transit.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is returned damaged due to mishandling of the product at your end, or you have initiated the return after 90 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
